The Definite Final.

the final battle this morning.welcome to the inter-tecnic debate competition zon sabah and w.p labuan between smt tawau and smt keningau.

the happy faces. all smiling with relief. wink*

alhamdulillah.

we beat Keningau's team on the final topic. although we were the opposition who opposed the motion 'this house would censor the internet' but our babies were all succeed in convincing the judges and rejected the today's motion.

we screamed out loud when mr. speaker announced that. :D

babies, we are really really proud of you.

The nights in Kudat.

sunday night.

we have the auto car show at the school. it was a very loud and colourful show with cars showing their speaker and the loud sound. i don't really like it actually. so, i will just let the pictures speak.

monday night.

KAT idol where each school sends 1 representative for singing competition. the picture below is me with the 'penyanyi' from our school. aku nampk jelik di sisinya. ha ha.

basically, that was the other activities that i did here in Kudat. obviously, most of the time i spent with the debate babies, practising till late night.

i learnt lots from this trip. and these are the experiences that i will surely remember forever.

the kids with their beloved Sir Edward.YES we did it again!

we won over Likas in a very tense and stressful fight. thank God that we won them over the title "Corporal Punishments is better than counseling in dealing with disciplinary problems at school".

it was a very tight time for me as i was not there watching them debating. i was an adjudicator for plate pool between Beaufort and Sandakan.

adjudicator's simplest attire. heh heh.

moreover, we got the opposition side for this topic. and of course we were really afraid that the kids will not be able to pursue the topic.

but, the kids proved us that they can do it.

so, we are now entering the final stage of Debate Competition for KAT 2009 zon sabah dan W.P. Labuan. the topic for final is 'this house believes that internet should be censored'. and i was the one who did our 1st and 2nd speakers' government speech. :)

pray that they will do the best this tuesday too.

the end~

When the south met north.

this morning we started the debate tournament for KAT 2009 in Kudat. and our first rival is Labuan. for the motion " Reality Shows Delude Our Society".

early this morning, all of us were very nervous of whether we'll get to be the affirmative or the negative side. all of us are preferred to have the affirmative side tho. and seems like the luck was with us, we got the affirmative side.
alhamdulillah.

at the end of the competition, the house agree with us as this house believes that reality shows delude our society. we WON!

and our beloved 1st speaker, liana was awarded as the best speaker. congrats dearie. :)

and not to miss, chang, who were not with us this morning since she'san adjudicator for the other debate competition. and tomorrow, it's my turn to be the adjudicator for plate semi-final.

The journey begins...

on the previous thursday from tawau to kudat. it was a very very tense and stressful 14 hours journey. yes. 14 hours. we departed at 830 am and arrived at almost 11 pm. WOW!

macam2 berlaku sepanjang jalan. panjang sgt nak diceritakan.

to make the story short, we, the debate team have started our war this morning. training and practicing.

whether or not we ready for the real battle, tomorrow is the day. we are going to meet Teknik Labuan for the preliminary round. for the title 'Reality Shows Delude Our Society'.
just pray the best for us. and we really need all the luck in the world!

Nasi Goreng Udang.

ingredients:
chopped garlic
chopped shallots
cili padi
sliced carrot
sliced lemon grass
prawns
oyster sauce
chopped vegetable (i use tomato and cucumber)
rice
sugar and salt

methods:
tumis shallots, garlics and cili padi. till it becomes brownish. masuk kan oyster sauce and the sliced lemon grass and carrot. then, put into the prawns.

then, add all the other ingredients. kaup balikkan all the things together. till it becomes like this.

in another 2 weeks.

can't wait. really.

Banyak sgt bende berlaku.

it's been quite a while i know.

dan banyak sgt perkara yang berlaku. of course i didn't get the chance to do what i really wanted to do (the previous post).

so. what had happened?

1- last 2 weeks i've been in school since morning having classes as usual. finished schooling at 2.05, started the debate practise till 3.45. balik rumah tukar outfit, pergi ke sekolah semula for the handball training till 5.30 pm. everyday for the last 2 weeks.

2- we have convocation day on the previous saturday, and handball training at the evening. i went back home at 12pm to wash bundles of dirty clothes. manually. washing machine at home rosak. damn!

3- evening: when i was at the field with the kids, i was attacked by a very sharp pain on the chest. my ashtma was coming i think. i've been working my ass the whole week plus 3 baldi baju yang di basuh. i just can feel it's coming.

4- malam: da x tahan, i can't breathe as usual, and even i cant' swallow my own saliva. that's a very bad sign. i went to see the doc. doc want to prescribe the inhaler but i refused. tanak bergantung dgn bende alah itu. futhermore, i cn't remember anymore on how to use it. da lama x guna. so doc gave me the medication. yag sgt kuat. everytime i take ubat tu, my whole body will be vibrating/ shaking after an hour i took it. so after 2 days i stopped taking the drugs. cos with my hands shaking i can't even type a text!! for God sake.

5- of course i didn't tell my parent. but my other half dah separuh mati bimbang. i can't even speak well at that time tho!

6- the handball tournament is now over. and what i got is a dark-brown burnt tone on my face. gosh! i can't even recognize my own face. frankly speaking it's not brownish, it's kinda black! but the result was quite worthwhile. my boys got silver and the girls got bronze. what an achievement.

7- since the handball is over, i can now concentrate on the debate plak. and this coming thursday, we'll be off to kudat. for the KAT- Kejohanan Antara Teknik.
