Aunty visit's pain.

aha.

sejak akhir2 ni, every month the AU flow comes, there will be no excuse that i wouldn't get the tummy cramps. seriously, the pain is unbearable. it will just go away once i got myself 2 panadols and straightly go to sleep after that. i can't even walk properly once it strikes.

let's see how it actually strikes in the first place.

i got my fist AU when i was 13 years old. since that, the flow was very2 well. excellent. NO pain at all. sometimes, i didn't realize i've got it until i got all wet. with blood of course. eeeuw!! yes.

then moving on to the time when i went oversea. it's in 2006. i started to store lemak. a lot! i gained and gained weight after weight (haha) then, in 2007, at that time i was at the age of 22, i started to get the senggugut symptom. but not every month. it came occasionally.

when i got back here, i started to loose weight. haaa.. this was the best part. it was since then, every month the AU comes, i will get the tummy cramps. MESTI SAKIT. until now. i still remember last month, when i was at school, expectedly, it struck me. haa.. ditto. and at that time the students were having their ujian berkala. i was assigned to monitor 2 classes that day, but i can't even move my leg to walk. then malu sgt nk btau the teacher that i can't enter the class, and i need another teacher to relief the class. the teacher who is in charge with the relief class thingy is a man. and he 's ustaz. malu nyah tau!

as expected, this bulan puasa, it attacked me again. fortunately, at the time i felt the pain, i've just finished my 3 non-stop periods of classes. tapi perjalanan balik ke hostel was like a hell of fortune. haha. sgt benci hokkay!!

as according to this page, the pain is due to forceful contractions of your womb (uterus) brought about by prostaglandins. (hah?)

"Prostaglandins are normal hormones that are produced by the body. They stimulate contractions of your uterus during your period and are responsible for contractions in childbirth, during labour. The contractions are painful because they compress the blood vessels to the uterus, cutting off the blood supply and depriving the tissues of blood."

and this is from here,

"The cause of period pain is not certain. Once an egg has been released from one of the ovaries, natural chemicals produced by the body called prostaglandins are made in the lining of the uterus (womb). Some prostaglandins cause the walls of the uterus to contract. Some women produce higher levels of prostaglandins, which may cause increased contractions of the uterus. These cramps may be more painful because there is reduced blood (and therefore oxygen) supply to the myometrium (muscle wall of the uterus) during the contractions."

ooo.. gtu ke gamak nye. so bersalin mesti lagi sakit kan?

tapi, kalau jadi gemok balik, da x sakit la kan? kalau ikut chronology sejarah ku la. heheh. so, adakah aku kene jadi gemuk balik?
